These Terms of Use outline how you can engage with this platform and everything on it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully—they’re here to protect both of us.

1. Who We Are (& Why This Matters)

Hi there! You’ve just landed on an independently run platform created by Holly McWilliams—that’s me! I’m an artist, educator, and small business owner doing my very best to keep the lights on, the brushes loaded, and the inspiration flowing.

Everything you find on this site—from courses to downloads to that one weird metaphor about creativity and soup—is crafted from years of lived experience, professional practice, and an embarrassingly large number of late-night editing sessions. This isn’t some corporate content farm. It’s personal. It’s heartfelt. And it’s taken me a heck of a lot of time to make.

So please, be cool. Don’t share, copy, redistribute, or use any of this material without permission. That includes teaching it as your own, giving it away to friends, or uploading it somewhere shady on the internet. That kind of thing doesn’t just break copyright laws—it breaks my heart a little too.

When you sign up for a course, you agree to keep your login private and secure. If we notice unusual activity—like multiple logins from different locations—we may suspend or terminate your access without a refund.

You're responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products, including courses and downloads, are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. We trust you to purchase thoughtfully—and if something's not working for you, get in touch. We're kind humans over here.

5. Results Not Guaranteed

These courses are full of creative goodness and hard-earned knowledge, but they aren’t magic spells. Results depend on your own time, effort, and willingness to try new things. I’m here to guide and inspire—but you will need to put in the work.

6. Tech Things + Site Availability

We do our best to keep this site running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be bug-free or accessible 100% of the time. Sometimes the internet just decides to be moody.

If a course becomes unavailable due to platform changes, we’ll do our best to notify you in advance.

7. Play Nice (Community Guidelines)

If there's a discussion area or comments section, we expect everyone to treat each other with kindness and respect. No trolling, spamming, or inappropriate content.

Anyone breaking these rules may be removed without warning.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to remove access to any course, product, or service—without refund—if these Terms of Use are violated.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, where Indigo Arts is based. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.
